HOW TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL FAINE MISTO

Where and when the festival will be

In 2021, the festival “Faine Misto” will last five days, will take place from 28.07-01.08 on the territory of the Ternopil Racehorse, located only 7 km away from Ternopil in the direction of Lviv (highway H02), which contributes to convenient and easy access to the territory festival.

How to get by car

If you go:

 

1. From the side of Ternopil

You need to go on highway H02 (Lviv`s highway). Destination – Ternopil Racehorse. At the bus stop with. Dovzhanka after driving straight for another 600 meters, turn right and then go about 1000 meters to the main entrance to the festival.

 

2. From the side of Lviv:

You need to go on highway H02 (Lviv`s highway). Destination – Ternopil Racehorse. 600 meters before the bus stop. Dovzhenko turn left and then goes about 1000 m to the main festival entrance. At the Festival entrance, you will be met by a representative of our transportation team. Please follow his advice and instructions. He will also offer you options for parking spaces. How You can get to the festival from the train station

From the train station, you can get to the festival site in two ways

 

The first way is a festival bus.
It will run from the train station to the festival directly. The festival bus will be waiting for passengers in the parking lot of the train station and will run at intervals of 30-40 minutes. The schedule of festival buses is 24 hours per day, non-stop: from July 28 6:00 to August 02: 15:00. Also, the bus will stop at “Lviv street».

 

The second way – by public transport.
By minibus № 3, 15, 16, 27, 28, 30 or trolleybus № 3, 11 from the stop “Railway Station” (to the City Center Direction) you need to get to the stop “st. Mazepy».
Then, following the festival signs go for 150 meters by foot to the stop “Lviv Street». Then get on any minibus or bus moving in the direction of Zborov (Zborov – little city). At the stop “s. Dovzhanka ”you need to go out and follow the crowd and according to the festival signs to the main entrance to the festival.

How to get to the Festival from the central bus station

There is a regional and international bus station in Ternopil, from which you can easily get to the festival territory by regular bus. Arriving at the central bus station, go to the platform №2 (Zolochiv direction) and choose any convenient shuttle bus that moves in the direction of the village Dovzhanka. At the stop “s. Dovzhanka ”you need to go out and follow the crowd and according to the festival signs to the main entrance to the festival.

Taxi

In Ternopil, one of the cheapest cab services among the cities of Ukraine. The car should be ordered via the phone, through the taxi dispatcher.

 

The fare in a taxi starts to be charged by the meter, which must be installed in each car, and it should be started only after the passenger has boarded. If the driver refuses to turn on the meter and inform You about a pre-set fare, we recommend you to call the cab-service dispatcher and inform him about the violation of the rules of passenger transportation by the driver.

 

We do not recommend contacting private taxi drivers at railway stations, as their services are twice and sometimes three times (especially on festival days) more than the real cost.

TICKETS AND ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL TERRITORY

Where I can buy the festival ticket

This year, for your convenience, we work with the ticket provider “gastroli.ua”, which allows you to buy an electronic ticket online or buy a physical ticket at the box office in your city.

Ticket price

The ticket price includes – an unlimited number of entrances and exits to the festival territory until the expiration of the purchased ticket, as well as a music program on the festival facility.

Whats is included to the ticket price for the Festival

The ticket price includes – an unlimited number of entrances and exits to the festival territory until the expiration of the purchased ticket, as well as a music program on the festival facility.

Festival opening hours

Entrance to the festival “Faine Misto” will open on July 28 at about 8:00 and from that moment will work around the clock until the end of the festival.

 

The first admission to the festival territory is carried out by exchanging the purchased ticket for a control bracelet. If you have previously purchased a ticket – at the entrance to the festival, present it to the controller at the ticket exchange for festival bracelets. Next, the controller will compare the number and barcode of your ticket with the general database. In case of ticket liquidity, the controller exchanges it for a festival bracelet, which will give you the right to an unlimited number of exits and entrances to the festival facility according to the validity of the purchased ticket.

 

The bracelet is considered valid only when it is worn on the wrist. Damaged, glued, unfastened, or fastened above the wrist bracelets are considered invalid. Bracelets may not be passed on to someone else. Lost or damaged bracelets cannot be replaced.

 

Holders of fake tickets and persons who falsify control bracelets will be prosecuted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Tickets at the Festival`s entrance

If you want to buy a ticket at the entrance to the festival, contact the festival box office and buy a ticket of interest to you there. Then go through a procedure similar to the previously purchased ticket.

Tickets Discounts

Combatants (upon presentation of a UBD certificate), people with disabilities of the 3rd group when buying a ticket at the entrance to the festival are given a 50% discount on the ticket price, people with disabilities of the 2nd group – free entry, people with disabilities 1 -th group and accompanying person – free entry.

Kids at the Faine Misto

Access to the festival accompanied by parents is free – for children under 12 years of age. Children and teenagers under the age of 16 can attend the festival accompanied by parents or persons over the age of 18, who will be able to present notarized permission from their parents. There will also be a recreation area for children at the festival facility.

Pets at the festival Faine Misto

Pets that do not pose a threat to festival visitors can enter the festival accompanied by their owners, if the owner has a passport for the animal and a muzzle of a guard, service or fighting dog. Pets are directly responsible for their owners.

Whats is included to the premium ticket price for the Festival

The price of a premium ticket includes:

  • unlimited number of entrances and exits throughout the festival;
  • a place at the table on the observation podium near the main stage (the seat can be chosen when buying a ticket);
  • separate parking;
  • separate entrance;
  • paid tent camp;
  • Faina bag (bag, which is full of different festival stuff (bottle, map, passport, etc.)).

TAKE WITH YOU OR LEAVE AT HOME?

Leave at home
  • Weapons are not allowed to be brought to the festival: firearms, gas, pneumatic, and everything that can be equated to it, ie prickly and cutting objects, dangerous razors, knives with a blade longer than 9 cm, axes, saws, spears, and other objects that can create a danger to others according to the security service of the festival. EXCEPTIONS are items that are an integral part of camping equipment or personal hygiene items (stags, tripods, tent needles, sapper shovels, travel hatchets, folding travel knives, skewers, knives with a blade up to 9 cm, manicure scissors, razors, and razors, etc.) is allowed to carry to the campsite. The owner of these items, when carrying them to the festival, automatically assumes responsibility for their use and for their misuse by the same owner or third parties.
  • Drugs and alcoholic beverages in any container are prohibited from being brought to the festival site. The festival has more than 20 outlets where you can buy alcoholic beverages for every taste at fair prices. Attention, the paid tent camp (Beverly Hills) is located on the territory of the Faine Misto Festival. The free tent camp (Silent Hill) is located outside the festival grounds.
  • Drinks and meals in glass containers and any glassware are not allowed on the festival grounds.
  • Umbrellas are not allowed on the festival grounds, as they create inconvenience to other festival visitors. (It will be better to take a raincoat for the rain). Umbrellas for the sun are allowed (welcome) to Take with You to the campsite.
  • Pyrotechnics of all kinds, flammable liquids, explosives, crackers, fireworks, firecrackers, rocket launchers are prohibited on the festival grounds. It is allowed to take with You fire extinguishers on the camping territory. All equipment must be in good working order, and the owner of the equipment, when carrying it to the festival, automatically assumes responsibility for its use and for its misuse by the same (owner) or third parties.

Weather

Of course, we hope and believe that the weather will be good on festival days, but often the cloudless sky and bright sun provide incredible heat, so we advise you to follow the forecast of the weather center and adapt your festival equipment to any vagaries of weather. Be sure to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, Panama, as well as a raincoat and warm clothes.

Faine Misto Visitors Support Service

The help center will be located on the territory of the festival, where you will be able to get all the information you need about the festival from our staff. Look for the location of the info center and the festival administration on the festival map near the Town Hall on the Festival Facility.

Parking

If you are traveling by car, a representative of our transportation team will meet you at the entrance to the festival site. Please follow his advice and instructions. He will also offer you options for parking spaces. This service is paid, a season ticket for a parking space can be purchased HERE.

Festival Bus

The festival bus will run from the train station to the festival area. The festival bus will be waiting for passengers in the parking lot of the railway station and will run at intervals of 30-40 minutes. The schedule of festival buses is 24 hours per day, non-stop.: from July 28, 4:00 to August 2: 15:00. The bus stop at the festival is located behind the parking lot – it is 100m from the main entrance to the Festival.

Food and Drink

There will be food outlets on the territory of the festival, where, depending on your personal wishes and financial capabilities, you can choose dishes for every taste. In general, the price level in festival food outlets is lower than in most catering establishments, cafes, restaurants in the city. It is allowed to bring your own food and soft drinks to the territory of the festival (but not in glass containers – glass containers at the entrance will be removed!). You are allowed to bring your own soft drinks to the concert area, but only in a 0,5L plastic container.

 

It is FORBIDDEN to bring alcoholic beverages to the territory of the festival! In case of violation, the festival security service reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and ask the owner to leave the festival without reimbursement for the entrance ticket.

Showers and WC

Toilets will be located throughout the festival area. Using them is a free service for all festival visitors. Showers will be located in a specially designated fenced area, the entrance to which will be for free for season ticket holders in a paid tent camp. For all other festival visitors – it is a paid service, the use the showers.

Firewood and Drinking Water

Visitors staying in a paid tent camp will be provided with free firewood (1 bundle per day) and drinking water. All other visitors will be able to buy firewood and drinking water in special machines and outlets that will be located in the festival facility.

Storage room

A storage room will be located on the territory of the festival. In the storage room, you can leave small and valuable things. Also, at the Festival entrance will be a storage room for things prohibited by the rules of the festival. Using of these services is paid.

Bureau of funds

The point where we collecting the lost items. The bureau of funds will be located in the information center near the Festival`s Town Hall. In case of loss of personal belongings, we advise you to first contact the Bureau of Funds. We will also be very grateful if you hand over lost other people’s things to the Bureau of Funds.

Charging point for cellphones, tablets, and other gadgets

There will be recharging points on the territory of the festival, where you can charge your devices. Look for the location of the recharging points on the festival map scheme.

Medical Center

There will be a medical center on the territory of the festival, provided with all the necessary equipment and medicines for first aid. Also, an ambulance will always be on duty at the festival. Look for the location of the medical center on the festival map-scheme. Take care of yourself and take care of others. There will also be a pharmacy near the medical center on the territory of the festival.

Grocery Stores in tent camps

To save your time, energy and keep a good mood, there will be grocery stores on the territory of the paid and free tent camps, where you can buy beer, cereals, pasta, vegetables, fruits, canned food, and other food at affordable prices. The shops will be open from 7:00 to 13:00 daily.

Festival Merch

Photo and Video shooting

You can take many photos and shoot videos on any photo or video equipment on the “Fine Misto” for your own enjoyment and archive. However, photo and video recording of performances of artists and programs on all stages of the festival, on professional video and photo equipment, is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the person who is filming will be handed over to law enforcement agencies to establish the composition of the offense and deprived of the right to attend the festival.

PLACE OF RESIDENCE

Depending on your personal wishes and financial capabilities, you can rent a room in any hotel in Ternopil of your choice or rent an apartment of the desired level of comfort. For fans of more extreme living conditions on the territory of the festival, there will be paid and free tent camps.

Paid Tent camp

The paid tent camp is a fenced area on the territory of the festival, which is allocated for the accommodation of festival visitors for a fee and includes the use of a number of services and amenities on the territory of the paid tent camp. Entrance to the paid tent camp is carried out through the festival territory and through the checkpoint on special control entrance bracelets. In the paid tent camp, visitors will be able to live in their own tents or rent them at the festival. It is allowed to light a fire on the territory of a paid tent camp. Complimentary services and amenities in the tent camp include fencing, security, showers, toilets, washbasins, firewood, drinking water, and a recharging point. One paid tent camp season ticket is valid for one person!

When You are exchanging a ticket for a bracelet, each resident of a paid tent camp will receive a Faine`s Bag, in which you can find: Bottle 0.5 l, with the Faine Misto logo, in which you can pour anything, condom, raincoat, festival sticker, festival magnet, napkins, “Happy Hour” coupons with a 50% discount on beer at the “Kaifainemo” pub, coupons with a 50% discount on a hot shower, and many other things from the festival and our partners.

Warning! The organizers are not responsible for possible damage, damage, or loss of property and belongings of visitors in the tent camps, which are left unattended, so we recommend that you take valuables to the storage room.

Free Tent Camp

The free tent camp is an unfenced area on the territory of the festival, which is set aside for visitors. Entrance to the territory of the free tent camp is carried out by control entrance bracelets for the festival. In the free tent camp, visitors will be able to live in their own tents or rent them at the festival. All additional services, except for toilets, on the territory of the free tent camp are paid. It is allowed to light a fire on the territory of the free tent camp. Firewood and drinking water can be purchased for a fee at retail outlets. Use of showers on the territory of the free tent camp is a paid service.

Tents for rent

STAYING AT THE FESTIVAL

Rules
  • Entrance and stay on the territory of the festival and the tent camp is carried out only in the presence of a ticket and a control bracelet, which the visitor receives at the main entrance to the festival in exchange for a ticket;
  • A purchased ticket for the “Faine Misto” Festival is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Reimbursement of the ticket price can be only in case of cancellation of the festival;
  • By purchasing a ticket to the “Faine Misto” Festival, you automatically agree with the rules of stay and the list of things that are forbidden to carry on the territory of the festival;
  • The organizers are not responsible for the fake tickets and do not accept claims;
  • Attendance at the festival in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication is strictly prohibited;
  • Attending the festival is a risk that is borne solely by the ticket holder;
  • The visitor is obliged to observe public order and fire safety rules on the territory of the festival;
  • To ensure public order and general security at the festival, each visitor without exception agrees to a personal inspection at the entrance to the festival by the security service of the festival for the presence of prohibited items and substances that can be confiscated, and such visitors are not allowed to enter the festival facility;
  • In case of violation of the rules of stay on the territory of the festival “Faine Misto” the security service of the festival reserves the right to force visitors to leave the festival without reimbursement of the ticket price;
  • The organizers of the festival is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings of visitors during their stay at the festival;
  • By attending the “Faine Misto” Festival, you automatically give permission for all types of photo, video, and filming of your person and public use of these materials by the organizers;
  • For children and teenagers from 11 to 18 years old it is necessary to buy a ticket and attend the festival accompanied by parents or persons over 18 years of age who will be able to present notarized permission from their parents;
  • Alcoholic, low-alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are not sold to persons under 18 years of age.
